46 Fairlea in Emsworth, Hampshire opened in May 2009 to provide specialist care for 2 people with learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour between the ages of 18 and 65 years.
Originally designed as a single person service, 46 Fairlea was extended and improved in late 2010 to accommodate a second service user. This second bedroom has an en-suite wet room whilst there is also the main bathroom.
The staff at 46 Fairlea are specifically trained to deal with challenging behaviour but the environment is also designed to complement these strategies. As with all of Dolphin Homes’ services, residents are encouraged to personalise the home to their own tastes.
Dolphin Homes encourages our clients to be active members of their community whether within the home itself or the wider local community.
46 Fairlea offers long term placements and prospective clients are given the opportunity of a trial visit before making any decisions.
All of Dolphin Homes’ services are CQC Registered and if you would like to see what CQC have to say about 46 Fairlea, please see below.
